RESERVATIONS
Facilities are available to rent hourly with a 2-hour minimum. Set-up and clean-up must be included within your reserved time.

AVAILABILITY
Use the search tools on the left to check availability. To view multiple dates at once, switch to Calendar view using "Display Option."
Gray = Unavailable. Blue = Book or Reserve Now.
If a time appears available but won't book, it is not currently open for reservation.

REMINDER
Rental registration opens alongside program registration each season.

Requests for The Well rentals are processed through a permitting system. After you submit a request, our team will review it, and you will receive an email confirming approval or denial.
This permitting process does not apply to Hilliard's Station Park or Shelter House rentals.
