This clinic is designed to provide beginner level players the opportunity to develop and improve by learning the proper technique of hitting a fore hand, backhand, serve, dink. Players will also review the rules of the game and play for about 20 minutes.

These sessions are for players who can consistently hit the ball 3-4 times. Instructor will introduce new strategies and shots that increase your skills to level-up your game. This is designed as a competitive fun learning experience.

Participants learn practical skills for self-defense from an array of Arts (Karate Aikido, Judo, Jujitsu, Iaido). Each class begins with stretching's and warm-ups and then may include drills, kata, sparring, and general self-defense.

Amazing Athletes is a developmental physical fitness program for children. Our fun, active classes encourage kids to explore and develop a variety of athletic skills through the introduction of 10 different sports.

KZ Martial Arts builds upon the skills presented in our preschool program and presents new areas for training as we explore the traditions and fundamentals of martial arts! Covering 12 different skill-specific areas, the class curriculum represents martial arts in a structured and engaging way through the use of fun, active drills mixed with traditional training methods.

This high-energy progression-based program teaches the fundamentals of martial arts in a safe and nurturing environment. We use our Muscle Zoo characters to teach karate skills and values like discipline, patience, and respect.

Bally Sports Group provides children with a fun and educational basketball experience! Players are taught the fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, defense, and the concept of game play.

Bally Sports Group leads an age-appropriate soccer program that uses fun games and activities to teach fundamentals to beginning players. Coaches focus on teaching the basics of dribbling, passing, scoring, and game play.

Section 01- Ages 3 & 4 from 5:00-6:00pm
Section 02- Ages 5 & 6 from 6:00-7:00pm

Bally Sports Group provides children with a fun and educational first basketball experience! Players are taught the fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, defense, and the concept of game play.

Bally Sports’ Minor League Baseball is an introduction to coach-pitch baseball for beginning baseball players. The program utilizes instruction including batting, fielding, throwing, and catching.

Bally Sports Group lead an introduction to baseball for young children. Using age-appropriate activities, players will be introduced to the game fundamentals, batting, base running, fielding, throwing, and catching.

Learn the basics of the fast growing, dynamic sport of disc golf! This one-time clinic will feature a combination of training and play throughout the disc golf course at Municipal Park.

Led by Kyle Pless, This dynamic basketball clinic focuses on skill development, fundamentals, and building confidence in young athletes. Designed for boys and girls of all levels, the program includes drills, small-group instruction, and game-based learning to improve ball handling, shooting, footwork, and court awareness.

Section 01 - Ages 8-11
Section 02 - Ages 12-16

This league is for boys and girls ages 7-14 of all skill levels. It is designed to develop the basic skills of volleyball (passing, setting, serving, blocking, and hitting) and game play. Each week will feature 30 minutes of practice, followed by a game. Games begin during the second class meeting. All participants receive a team shirt.

The Learn to LAX program is a no pad, no contact beginner clinic designed to introduce participants to the sport of lacrosse. Focused on the fundamentals, experience the sport of lacrosse in a safe practice and controlled game environment.

This league is for girls ages 7-14 years old of all skill levels. The focus will be fundamentals, skills, communication, along with developing the team concepts of volleyball and communication. There will be practice on Thursday nights and games on Saturday beginning September 26th. Every girl will receive a team t-shirt.

In this open-play offering, pickleball players will increase skills, strategy and consistency while playing with a variety of partners and competitors.

These sessions are for those new to play or players needing additional instruction. Participants receive instructions on how to score, understand and know the rules, perform a legal serve and provide playing strategies. This is designed as a fun learning experience.
