Preschool Swim Lessons (Ages 3–5, Levels 1–3)
Our preschool swim lessons focus on water comfort, basic safety skills, and introducing foundational strokes. Classes are grouped by skill level to ensure age-appropriate instruction and progress.

Prerequisite: Must be 3 years of age by program start date and competent in Level 1 skill objectives

Level 2: Building Independence in the Water
Level 2 is for swimmers who are comfortable in the water and ready to begin doing some skills on their own. Children will practice unassisted bobs, seated jumps, and wall scales, as well as assisted flutter kicks with bubbles for 3 yards. They’ll also work on unassisted back floats (10 seconds), assisted front floats (5 seconds), and increased comfort with submersion.
