The Class is from 6:00-9:00 pm both nights and participants must be able to attend both nights.
ONLY those that have completed the Hilliard Police Basic 8-hour Women’s Self Defense class are eligible to sign up.
Participants should be physically and mentally prepared for the demands of this class which will include ground fighting.
