Permit Process:
All rentals must be reserved in one-hour increments with a minimum of two consecutive hours.
Setup and teardown time is part of the rental and must be included in the requested hours.
Permit requests that do not meet the two-hour minimum will be automatically denied.
Patrons must submit a permit request for staff review to ensure alignment with City ordinances, department mission and vision, and to confirm no scheduling conflicts.
Patrons will be notified via email of approval or denial.
If approved, the rental fee balance will be placed on the household account. The balance must be paid within three business days to hold the reservation.
Once payment is received, staff will send a DocuSign contract within one business week.
