Permit Process:
All patrons are required to submit a permit request for staff review to ensure alignment with City ordinances, department mission and vision, and to confirm there are no scheduling conflicts. Patrons will be notified via email of approval or denial. If approved, the rental fee balance will be placed on the household account and must be paid within three business days to secure the reservation. Once payment is received, staff will issue a DocuSign contract within one business week.
