Refund/Transfer Policy All cancellation or change requests must be submitted by email to the Recreation Department (gdew@cityofhillard.com) at least one week (7 days) prior to the first day of the program/activity. All requests are considered on an individual basis with consideration given to class minimum status and material purchasing deadlines. Any request that is approved for refund will be done minus a minimum of $5.00/program processing fee ($5/person/program). All refunds will be by check only; cash or charge refunds will not be issued. Allow a minimum of 14 days for refunds to be processed. Please check your calendar prior to program registration; Hilliard Recreation & Parks Dept. staff will not be responsible for registration of multiple classes at the same time period. Please make sure your child is able and willing to participate in group settings prior to enrollment; we will not be responsible for registration refunds for children unable or unwilling to participate in scheduled activities.
