Students learn everyday sentences and study the cultures of different Spanish-speaking countries. The class integrates play based activities, fun action games, student-to-student conversation, and age-appropriate Spanish music.

Yoga is both good for the body and mind! This class will be an gentle introduction to yoga to help you understand how to move and stretch in a way that is safe and most beneficial your body. Participants will learn a few basic principles of yoga that will become the foundation on other courses along the way.

A beginners course to yoga, all with assistance of a chair! Focus will still be on the stretching and strengthening of the major muscle groups in the upper and lower body! This in return will help encourage blood flow to your feet as well as strengthen your balance and body awareness! You will be amazed at how much yoga can be done with a chair.

Participants learn practical skills for self-defense from an array of Arts (Karate Aikido, Judo, Jujitsu, Iaido). Each class begins with stretching's and warm-ups and then may include drills, kata, sparring, and general self-defense.

Where teamwork, grace, and fun collide for confident, independent swimmers. Participants must be confident independent swimmers, comfortable swimming in deep water unassisted. Swim caps, goggles, and nose clips are required for class. Supplies are not provided as part of the class fee.
