Yoga is both good for the body and mind! This class will be an gentle introduction to yoga to help you understand how to move and stretch in a way that is safe and most beneficial your body. Participants will learn a few basic principles of yoga that will become the foundation on other courses along the way.
A beginners course to yoga, all with assistance of a chair! Focus will still be on the stretching and strengthening of the major muscle groups in the upper and lower body! This in return will help encourage blood flow to your feet as well as strengthen your balance and body awareness! You will be amazed at how much yoga can be done with a chair.
