MyPlate health education. OhioHealth’s community health
nurse, Mary Ann G. Abiado, RN, will share her skills in
preparing and cooking simple and nutritious dishes that
can help you eat healthy on a budget. Mary Ann follows
the evidence-based guidelines developed by the United
States Department of Agriculture’s ChooseMyPlate.gov.
