Swim Lesson Intermediate Session 2
Beginner: Levels 1, 2, & 3
Participants will become comfortable in the water and learn basic swim skills.
Intermediate: Levels 4 & 5
Participants should already be confident in water and will learn proper stroke technique.
Advanced: Levels 6 & 7
Participants should already know how to perform most strokes. These levels will focus on building endurance and preparing for swim team if desired.
