Former NFL athlete, David Key, knows how to get results and can coach you to do the same! This full body workout uses little to no equipment- making it easy to replicate anywhere.
All fitness levels are welcome as modifications will be shown to support beginning, intermediate and advanced participants. This workout will include standing and floor-based exercises and drills.
Please bring an exercise mat to class.
Class will meet at the Municipal Amphitheater, with weather contingency of meeting inside the Community Center Multipurpose Room.
