Yoga Flow, also known as Vinyasa Yoga, is a midday class intended to inspire and empower you with a fluid blend of yoga asanas (poses), breathwork, and guided meditation. Use this practice to connect, destress and feel calmly energized the balance of the day.

This is a multi-level class. No previous experience is necessary.
