Comment(s): Participants learn practical skills for self-defense at their own pace. The class begins with stretching and warm-ups and may include kata, sparring, and general self-defense.

Section 01 & 03 are full 7-week sessions.
Section 02 & 04 are mini 4-week sessions.Please wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring a water bottle.
