How about a dance party in the pool?! LaBlast Splash is a (shallow water) dance fitness workout inspired by all the Dances you see on Dancing with the Stars. A fun and familiar pop-song playlist paired with dance patterns and fitness intervals fuels each class. Look forward to learning the true skill of dance while blasting away calories in the pool. August 6 with feature a standard, varied playlist. August 13 will feature an 80s & 90s themed playlist!
