Need a break from your normal routine? Are you ready to recharge from the inside out? Then join Emma for an upbeat and energizing yoga practice that both glows and flows. We’ll take care of illuminating the space – you just need to grab a mat and a few friends to enjoy this experience! Glow & Flow is intended to inspire and empower you with a mix of yoga asanas, breathwork, and guided meditation. Be ready to chant, move, and let your inner light shine bright! This event is family friendly! Ages 8 and over are welcome to join in the fun!
