Excel Volleyball Clinic

This volleyball skills clinic is for 6th grade to 8th grade girls and is designed to develop the basic skills of volleyball, passing, setting, serving, blocking and hitting. In addition to basic skills the players will be introduced to how the game is played and the communication that is needed to play at a competitive level. Each session will focus on skill development. The main focus is to teach young players the fun of volleyball, develop them as players and as young athletes. There will also be time dedicated to athletic development, such as quickness, jumping, and overall body control. Lessons will be adjusted and advanced based on individual skill levels.
