Hilliard Recreation and Parks is challenging residents of Hilliard to get outside for 31 minutes every day, for 31 days, during the month of March. Participants of the 31-Day Challenge can submit photos throughout the month and win prizes all month long! Submit your photos to recandparks@hilliardohio.gov.
