Family Bedtime Yoga

This adult & child class helps kiddos start the process of unwinding before bedtime. They will be provided with poses, breathing techniques, and bedtime stories to help decompress for the evening. Children can even come dressed in their PJs and bring their favorite stuffed animal! All kids must be registered, adults are free.
