Celebrate the shortest day of the year as the Heritage Rail Trail path is lit with luminaries and lanterns from Merchant Park Trailhead to a half-mile out. The walk begins and ends in Hilliard's Station Park. Enjoy a fire, smores, and hot chocolate after the walk. Dress for the weather and be prepared for slippery paths in case of snow.

Join us in celebrating one of the shortest days of the year, Wednesday, December 21. Heritage Rails to Trail path will be lit with luminaries and lanterns for a self-guided walk from Merchant Park Trailhead to a half-mile out. The walk begins and ends in Hilliard’s Station Park.

There will be a fire, smores and hot chocolate in Hilliard’s Station Park after the walk.

Dress for the weather and be prepared for slippery paths in case of snow.
